LEMON TWIST//FASHION CAMP

Lemon Twist has been designing and making women’s clothing in San Francisco for 25 years. We have been featured in local, national and world wide media outlets. We would like to pass some of our knowledge on to aspiring young designers. 

Please join us for our 14th annual Lemon Twist Fashion Camp. Open to all skill levels, preferably 5th-12th graders, who are interested in sewing and design. In this week long intensive each student will cut and sew 1 project they have designed. We will introduce pattern making, fit and fabrication. Every Friday at 3 o’clock we have a fashion show, to present everyone's hard work. Friends and family are welcome!

We will have 6 students max each week.

To reserve a spot, there will be a $200.00 non refundable fee deducted from the full weekly fee of $600. The $400 balance is due a minimum of two weeks prior to your scheduled camp or you will forfeit your spot. We will be sending a reminder email for your tuition fulfillment. This has become necessary as last minute cancellations have left us without opportunity to replace an opening.

Camp runs Monday - Friday 10-3pm.

Students will bring their own lunch, water bottle and a snack if desired. No sharing of food/drinks.

Early and After Care is available for $25.00 per hour (or portion of an hour) and must be arranged ahead of time. We can accommodate any start/end time needed.

Early/after care and machine rentals will be paid for every Friday.

I have 6 sewing machines on sight that can be rented for $40 but encourage students to bring their own, if they have one. Becoming proficient on the machine one owns is beneficial.

I have a lot of fabric, thread, trims, notions, tools etc. but find a lot of students want to bring their own fabric, which is perfectly fine. If purchasing fabric please avoid knits and ‘slinky’ silks as they are hard to work with. Please bring fabric, thread and any notion needed for your project by day 2.
